I wont be using TackleUK ever again. Quite frankly their customer service is appalling. I ordered a spod rod of which came and the butt eye was cracked and bent. When I wanted a refund for this item as it was broken and needed it for that weekend they said that I had to pay for it to be returned, which I cant get my head around how they think that that is good customer service as it is a large rod tube and would cost around 20 to send back. I would keep this in mind when ordering anything from there that if you do want a refund there policy of refunding customers isn't totally true.

Hey now read this, Tackleuk are without doubt the best fishing tackle film I have ever dealt with. In a long career of 52 years fishing, I have dealt with quite a few tackle shops and tackle suppliers as you can quite well imagine. Undoubtedly the very best for customer service, telephone orders, spot on delivery and general all round competence of the staff on the whole are quite excellent and I give them my full recommendation, keep it up guys you are the best.

So disappointed with them ! I placed my order on Thursday 5 days later still not arrived after calling them twice I asked for a refund so I could buy else where as was for my husbands birthday . Iv been told by them I can’t have a refund as a haven’t received it yet , that’s the point ! So unfortunately have to now contact citizens advise and trading standards about this not what I wanted !
