I waited an hour by the door and I understand that they ware busy with two customers one to one ,but one hour that’s not acceptable. They ware sitting and having nice chat no one was interested that I was waiting not even looking . It’s a disgusting place to do business with!

Aran store manager 3 mobile Yeovil. After being very frustrated with online 3 I rang Yeovil store. Aran was so very nice and extremely helpful. A credit to the company. Customer service is appalling,took me 25 mins to get through,then they hung up on me so went through it all again only to be told they couldnt help me.
Connor was great at helping my friend get a good deal after we had a bad experience with EE down the road! Really helpful, good sense of humour and good customer service! Highly recommend!
