Tom was very professional, he arrived on time and provided an excellent service. The stove looks almost as good as when it was installed. He cleaned the flue and serviced the stove and all mess was cleaned away, perfect! He’s also gave me some good advice on where to position my carbon monoxide detector, what not to burn together and how to light the fire to get the best efficiency from the stove and fuel.

First rate service: clean, organised and thorough. Also excellent advice given about maintenance and use of a log burner based on in-depth knowledge of the 'science' of combustion which will extend the life of the flue liner for many years. I recommend highly.
Tom was amazing, friendly/efficient and tidy. I originally booked to have the log burner swept but as doing a renovation have opened up another fireplace upstairs - Tom was kind enough to do this one as well (this was has not been used for many, so was extremely full). He gave advice for potting the disused chimney to stop birds/bugs getting in which we will follow up with as quick as possible. I would recommend Tom to anyone, and will now continuously use him for the future.
We are really pleased with the job Tom has done today. He is always really helpful with advice and tips on using our log burner. Tom was friendly and very clean and tidy! Will definitely recommend.
Very pleasant knowledgeable young man, arrived spot on time as arranged. Managed to fit me in to his very busy schedule, to sweep my chimney, before putting a flue liner in at a later date. Substantial blockage in the chimney which he managed to clear (see picture). Highly recommended.
