I rang and booked my mountain bike in for a gold service. Really helpful staff. A night and day difference in the bike. They really know what they are doing, would definitely recommend.

Lovely coffee shop. Quiet and comfy. Very helpful staff.waitress(batbara) helped me to get the perfect coffee when it was a bit strong by giving me coffee in a pot and a pot of water. Excellent customer service. Only downside is no gluten free cake option

Well..... You can't complain about the service, because there isn't any!! We had an awful experience there this morning (31/10/20). My husband and I visited to buy running trainers. Three members of staff were unpacking boxes and paying zero attention to customers waiting for help. We asked one where the running trainers were, and they almost shrugged and eventually said they \thought they were in the corner\ and gestured vaguely. We went into the corner to find a few boxes of trainers haphazardly stacked and a gait analysis machine. Waited by the machine for over 5 minutes and nobody came to assist. Wandered around again, looking for staff to help but to no avail. The only member of staff who seemed to have the slightest idea about customer care was a young lady serving at the coffee shop. She greeted us when we walked in and thanked us as we left. We won't return or recommend. Dismal.
