Always straightforward when renting from u drive, only this time the van I was allocated had had a very hard life as there wasn't a panel on it that didn't have damage to it, but the service and friendliness of the staff can't be faulted

Martyn hired a car this week from the branch manager James at U drive Yeovil. It was really refreshing to find a Manager who not only showed an enthusiastic approach but also knows how to give customers a great experience. James' attention to detail and listening skills are a credit to him and also U drive. We had just been into Thrifty car rental in Yeovil and had a really poor experience so thought we would give U drive a try. We would highly recommend them and they do not rip you off on car hire charges . Thanks James!
