Very efficient and the ophthalmologist was very on the ball and picked up on a urgent issue with one of my eyes referring me to the hospital for further urgent treatment which has been dealt with with 14 days! Would definitely recommend.

Optician didn't answer my questions, kept saying at the end then she showed me out to waiting area and I didn't see her again. The questions she did answer she just seemed annoyed and wasn't very friendly. Someone just walked right in without knocking while I was in the middle of my test and started talking. Staff on front desk etc very very helpful though.

appointment for 14:20 on Sat. Took ages to park. No parking spaces.Arrived at the counter14:27. Staff were busy. At 1430 I was seen. I apologised for being late. Told I'd missed my appt!! Furious
