Wisteria Care has been caring for my mum for some years now and it's such a shame to see bad reviews left about the current manager. I have had numerous dealings with the manager regarding my mum and the manager has dealt with any issues i have raised in a speedy and professional manner and has kept in constant contact with me to ensure everything is ok. Even to the point that the manager has visited me and my mum at home to follow up. I find all staff to be extremely caring, thoughtful and kind. Keep it up and thank you for your care.

My family spoke to the manager about several issues and just got fobbed off by her, said she would rectify things and carry out spot checks on carers, speak to them and provide further training. Did this happen? No. Problems continued and family had the same treatment, fobbed off by the manager yet again with promises she would rectify things immediately. Family asked carers if they had been spoken to by manager, response was they never hear from her. Never had proper training just felt shoved into the job and left to get on with it, felt unsupported by manager who is rude and unapproachable. Complained a 3rd time and still waiting for a call back from the manager, not expecting anything to be done just interested to see what excuses she comes up with this time

Bad standards of care by poorly trained staff. Obviously they have no support or guidance from the manager. Pleased to have found a new care company which is managed effectively. Did not enjoy our experience of this company and the inadequate manager.

Absolutely disgusting with little to no communication. Harrasment of a 94 year old lady for invoices she had already paid after a despute regarding extra hours being added to her invoices. New amended invoices sent and paid yet old ones still on the system being chased and threatening letters sent... Just avoid at all costs.
