Just moved into my first ever Volvo. From my initial contact with Yeovil Volvo and Roger Mumford, the service and assistance was absolutely amazing. Roger is a credit to the company, extremely helpful, understanding and not pushy. Which made the whole experience a breeze.

We previously had a XC60 and upgraded to a new XC90. We approached a few Volvo dealerships, but Ross at Yeovil was by far the most genuine and honest out of them all. He was direct with the best price they could offer along with all available discounts, unlike the other dealerships who it seemed were ‘playing games’ to a certain extent. Despite the lockdown an extremely good service was received. The car was delivered (about 150 miles away) for no additional cost. Delivery driver was an ex Volvo salesman so was very well informed when doing the handover. Ross was honestly a ‘breath of fresh air’ compared to my previous experiences with other dealerships for this car and previous ones. Will definitely be revisiting when we are ready for our next Volvo.

After being treated as an inconvenience by the local VW dealership we popped into this dealer to look at an XC40. Ross was the kind of salesman you didn't think existed; scoped our level of technical knowledge very accurately and adapted to suit, was completely non-patronising and made us feel like valued customers from the first moment (without being overwhelming). We bought from them and I would have no qualms about recommending you do the same. 1st class experience.
