Absolutely disgusting behaviour from a member of your staff, I was in to get a load of new clothes and realised hubby had my bank card so waved him in from out side and she came running up and got right in my husbands face demanding that he cant be in the store with out a mask I tried to explain that hes is autistic and has been told he is exempt from wearing one, she said well I need to see his proof of exemption I asked If she ment the online one that any one can down load that didnt actually mean anything and she agreed that yes it ment nothing but needed to see it anyway, my husband walked off very upset and I told the unmasked store assistant I didnt want what I had chosen and left. Your member of staff caused an unbelievable amount of upset to a disabled person and spoiled a very rare shopping trip and wasted all the money we had paid on fuel and parking for the day! I doubt anything will be done but fyi its discrimination against a disabled person and that's against the law.

Only 4 stars as all winter no warm sweatshirts, alot of 3/4 length sleeves....are bigger sized people not meant to feel the cold? I must be the exception!! Though they do sell chunky knit jumpers. When they have a 'theme' most things are like it ie. Tied sides. Or cut out back with strips across. Sloped access, so narrower up one end, but steps the other side, not easy for a wheelchair to get around inside as rails tightly packed, impossible for a mobility scooter.

Had a bad experience in this shop. I was waiting to be served and the manageress just stood at the back of the shop ignoring me. I must say this isn't the only time I've experienced this in this store with the manageress, she's very blunt and unprofessional. Her overall appearance is very scruffy to say the least. And Would it hurt to smile or be pleasant to customers.. it's not just me a couple of my friends have also experienced this..I will say however other staff are totally professional and only to happy to help..it's just such a shame that the manageress let's this shop down️

Awful clothes that look like cheap market stall products with an elevated price tag. Unhelpful staff apart from young very smiley girl who was a credit to the shop
