Unbelievably poor customer service by a younger lady today with blonde-ish curly hair. Went in to collect my parcel at around 10:30am and was told it wasn’t there yet - I asked if I could have my parcel put in my 24 hr locker as I work 05:30am to 05:30pm mon-fri and I was told no. I asked what my options were as I cannot pick up my parcel during opening hours and this particular post office is not open on Saturday mornings like most others, I was blatantly told I just won’t be able to collect my parcel and she told me she couldn’t help me at all and to move along. I very rarely post negative reviews but his lady was so unbelievably unhelpful and rude towards me and other customers in the store and was yelling rudely across the store telling people to get out ( a lot were very elderly and may not have understand the store rules with COVID). I have been served by this lady numerous times and I cannot believe that she is still employed with AusPost, numerous customers walk out of the store upset when dealing with her. I do understand that there is pressure with the pandemic but that doesn’t constitute being ridiculously rude to customers who are kind and respectful of the demand in their stores at the moment. Lodged a customer complaint to AusPost head office.

Yeppoon Post Office staff are super friendly, efficient and polite all with a great sense of humour ! I’m not sure where all these former reviewers have been but surely not to see the girls at the Yeppoon P.O. as they are the best !

One of the staffs was extremely rude and racist, I showed her my driver’s licence but she did not let me take my parcel (which is under my name) and argues that it’s the wrong address, yes because I’ve just moved in. She wanted me to get it sorted it out first and get a sticker from the transport! I rang Aus Post and asked their opinion how it should be and they mentioned that they only check ID’s with your name on it and it should match with the parcel! Also, I have the Aus Post app that notified me that’s it’s ready to be collected, would another person get the notification too? So pathetic! However, I admire Kelly who served me after talking to Aust Post on the phone and gave me my parcel that day without any hesitation. Thank you Kelly!

I'm an older customer and on a number of occasions I've found the staff at Yeppoon Post Office very disrespectful, far too blunt when offering any information. Need to be retrained in how to deal with people.

The staff in this Post Office are very friendly, however the store location is fairly difficult to find and not much parking strictly for Post Office customers. The shop design is okay however the main entrance is not clear enough for the store locality.
