Found the staff extremely rude after closing the door in my son's face when he went to go shopping an hour earlier than what they supposedly closed. Did not even inform him they were closing. On previous occasions staff are either outside smoking and have to inconveniently put it out to serve a customer, also are very unfriendly and can't even be bothered to greet you as a customer.

This store is obviously run by a family as they all look alike. I have found when you walk in the store that all staff members all behind the counter congregating . You ask for help the standard answer is Well if you don't see it we don't have it. They then turn and carry-on laughing etc etc. You as the customer feel you are imposing on them as they huddle in a gaggle. In all fairness when the older lady is there this doesn't happen i think it is her daughter encouraging the younger staff members. You're been warned.
