Unfortunately had a bad experience at this chemist, unorganized,unprofessional,overpriced and waiting time are ridiculous. Don't waste your time at this chemist go to Yeppoon day &night pharmacy at 4 james street there open until 7pm at least your treated with respect there..

I can not express my desperate state of mind after being refused my medication yesterday by the female pharmacist on she knows who she is .After being on this medication for the last 3yrs you can imagine how distraught one might become when there is severe physical withdrawal symptoms involved Not to mention that my medication was already paid for 9days in front so what happens to my week in advance if it not really a week in advance more like a security holding and is this how the owner Toby makes money out of mind e and everyone else interest sitting in his already growing bank account shame on him
