Have always had positive, professional, polite and fun interactions with this store. An absolute bunch of legends. Don’t know any of them from a bar of soap, but always leave feeling like I’ve just made a new best friend! Top quality service always!! Thank you very much guys!

Even from 700km away, I still prefer the exquisite hand-written script of the owner on gifts I've purchased, which arrive swift & safely. They also manage my medic alert engraving, and I'm just about to post up my keys and purchase an engraved 21st gift. I have complete trust in letting them choose gifts - they've been spot on twice :)

I moved to Yeppoon at the beginning of 2016 and have used Bron's store a few times over the years. I just wanted to say what a lovely kind lady she has been each time. Bron always delivers great service, engages joyfully with her customers and is a great asset to out community.
