1000 WASTED on a REPAIR that was not done correctly. Very unhappy. I got a completely different ring back, kid you not, the top was not my ring at all, the problem was not fixed. My 27 year old engagement ring is now just something that catches on my clothes due to not being finished properly, an absolute embarassment. Nicks, cuts, looks like burn marks on my ring.. .unsure how. The ring is so poorly finished, it is an abomination, I breakdown whenever I look at it or think about what I now have I now have to pay some to fix it.

Great jewellery shop , John and staff are very professional and helpful, they will do everything in there power to make any occasion special . Not much they cant do from 1 off pieces to refurbished jewellery , never had a problem great people , great prices
I went in today to see if they could make some jewelry for me. They were so helpful, gave me price there and then, by the end of the day I had my special pieces of jewelry. The stones I gave him had been cleaned. Very happy, they couldn't have been more helpful. Shop local," Scoffins Jewellers" are great.

Worst service I've ever had! Mr John Scoffin damaged my ring then took 7 months to fix it, did not call when he said he would- 4 times!, Did not apologise until I voiced my anger, still charged me for the re size AND tried to charge me twice for previous work. Very very rude and abrupt, and where he has tried to fix the damage is very noticeable. Terrible service! Will not return!!
