They are pathetic. Queued in line as sign said "Queue for service" and after 20 minutes told only "appointment only". Why couldn't the sign the say that. Lied to me, said couldn't give me forms, must be done on-line, they are available on-line to download. Am moving my Telstra services. Buffoons!

I'm from out of town, I went in to upgrade my phone, the salesman rolled out his selling phone speech, he didn't listen to what I require from a phone as I'm rural and do manual work so a phone has to get good reception and have a tuff case and screen protector. After thinking we had it all sorted and buying the phone, after only 2 days of being home the screen protector they fitted falls, I ring them about this and they say yes sir we know this is a problem with these phones, can you come in this morning and we will fit another one the same for 50. For F##k sake I'm over 200 km away and all you will do is fit the same type of screen protector. SAVE YOURSELF THE AGGRIVATION, GO SOMEWHERESORRY ANYWHERE ELSE.

I can't recall ever being treated so rudely or with such contemp as I was treated from the manager of this store. Its a long story but suffice to say I will never set foot in there again even If it was the last phone outlet in the world.
