Poor experience, booked for 3.45 pm and was still waiting 1 hour later so I left. No information given by staff I would be waiting so long and no follow up call from staff to explain why they were so late or to rebook. This practice is hiding behind there busyiness to not improve the service and their customers are the ones they are failing.

Best doctors around and very popular can mean some waiting at times due to demand but totally worth it, for our small town we are blessed to have so many competent GPs at this practice.
Everytime I have called or had telehealth appointments, the reception staff and doctor's themselves are extremely pleasant. They are nice and patient, and willing to accomodate all medical needs or when fax issues arise. Dr Wong is specifically amazing. Thank you.
Dr Gregory was so friendly and helpful. He took time and listened to me and we found the issue within 30 mins, after the Yeppoon hospital took 3 hours to do absolutely nothing.
For someone who works during the week and no time to do anything else its suits me just fine or get the HotDoc app and manage or book your next appointment. So its convinient for me to see my Doctor after work. Although sometimes you may have to wait, for me its ok.
Always caring and Considerate to individual needs.

Have been to yeppoon family practice twice and both times were pleasent.Drs are thorough and listen to what your problem is.Recommend.
