Lilly is the best I always feel like a movie star when I leave there and she is supper speedy so I am not sure who wouldn’t love this service and can’t imagine why anyone would complain about the prices! I went to a master stylist and they charged me 400 and I was so much more pleased with Lilly’s service for less than half. Come on people it’s 2019 100 bucks gets you no where these days.

Saw an advertisement on Groupon and called before hand. I was assured that my 3A hair texture wouldn’t be an issue. Prior to starting service the stylist had a chance to wash and condition my hair. She did not mention and additional charge. At check out I was charged 20 because my hair is thick although this was never discussed during the initial consult or prior to check out
Lily did an excellent job on my hair. I received a lot of compliments on my hair cut and was asked where I got it done. She was my dad's hairdresser for a couple of years and I knew she would do a good job because he was extremely picky with his hair.
Very disappointed & disturbed by the service I received today!! It all started when I had to wait 15-20 minutes before being attended to when I was early for my APPOINTMENT!!! The owner, Lily finally approached me & asked what i was interested in. We talked about a certain treatment i was interested in along with a haircut, but she failed to relay that info to the stylist, Carolina who therefore assumed i wanted the most expensive treatment on their menu instead of asking ME what i wanted!!! Once she was done with that treatment, she came over to me & told me she had done the wrong one & it was going to be 100.00!!!!! I about had a heart attack! Carolina did some \extras\ @ not cost to me because of the mis-communication which helped a little, but she was very hard to communicate with, made some rather rude comments to me & did not cut my hair to my satisfaction where I was feeling happy when i left the place!! I was also told in order to keep my treatment lasting, I needed to purchase a certain shampoo & conditioner product they carried, but they an out\ of the small bottles & could sell me the large ones for 44.00!!!!!! When they brought me those bottles, the conditioner had already been opened, some was missing & i feel like they just hoped i wouldn't notice????? They did discount that used bottle, but i feel like they only did that because i called them out on it!! All in all, my experience at Yes! Hair Salon was very disappointing & disturbing as I feel like this place has some serious \scam\ issues! Just be careful if you patronize this place & make sure everything is on the up & up before you commit to their services!! I will NOT be back to Yes! Hair Salon!!!
