The People’s Doc A doctor for the People

Adam conducted an inspection yesterday and he was professional, considerate (I recently suffered a mild brain injury) and made sure he followed standards. Hannah and Amber are always polite when I call and try their best to assist. Sure, there have been bumps in the road (currently year two in lease), but they find support, especially during the COVID-pandemic. I was happy to know my neighbors who recently rented their home choose YesiRent, upon my personal recommendation, way to go! Word of mouth is the best referral. Cons: Portal is down sometimes, but thats a technical issue, not specifically their mishap. Bottom Line: Give them a shot. *As always with my public reviews, I will update check-ins here for you to see*

This rental property is extremely unprofessional. They’re unresponsive, they’re not friendly or enjoyable to talk to. They have no sense of urgency, they’re not accommodating, or nice staff whatsoever. They’re incredibly rude. I did not feel welcomed while touring, and they were NOT willing to answer any questions we had. If you are trying to lease from this company, do not. You will not get the experience you should, I recommend looking anywhere else besides this place.

What a rollercoaster ride with this company. Please be advised I only gave the 1 star so that I may be able to give a review. Unprofessional scam is an understatement!!!!! Do not use them! They will give you the run around and around. They are not interested in getting you a home!!!! It’s all about collecting your application fee. They will not contact you unless you initiate and even then you’ll have a nag for a response. Needless to say they wasted two weeks of my time and emailed me lie upon lies as to why a “better candidate got the house EVERY TIME .” Only after I caught onto their scam they offered to refund my money. I wish I could attach the email correspondence between them and I. Anyhow. Look elsewhere if you’re trying to find a home.

Beware tenants or owners doing business with Yesirent. We leased a home for 1 year during a remodel from Harry Norman. Yesirent bought the lease about mid way through the year. We had maintenance issues that took 5 months to resolve and 1 they simply “chose not to fix”. On our move out they had an “inspector” show up that had no documentation of our move in inspection for comparison and had zero interest in looking at ours. He was looking for “rehab items” he could charge to the owners. We had hired professionals for cleaning, carpet cleaning, pool service and yard and provided receipts. We were told the house looked great then got a disposition email from the property manger that was not present that deducted 250 for cleaning and 80 for broken blinds. We responded but heard nothing back for days. She then requested the move in inspection as if it were not supplied during sale of our lease. We have not signed off on any disposition nor have we ever gotten a detailed response as to why any of our deposit was held although we have requested it multiple times. She had a check cut for deducted amount prior to receiving the move in inspection or our response. This is not the way the law in Georgia works. We are filing complaints with the BBB and the board of realtors. Do yourself a favor and use a reputable business. I can supply documentation for everything in this review including video of our move out inspection.
