I would strongly recommend anyone with breathing problems to take up Ms Sharada classes . Haveing being doing meditation for last couple of years i realised it just not inhaling and exhaling air , its about how much air you inhale , how you do ....is what matters ....with excellent feedbacks , communication to and fro and personal monitoring after each session .. it was worth my time....
