No matter which class you attend the instructors are all of the same ilk , its a throughly enjoyable experience even to someone like myself who has only been attending since October 17, no pressure, work at your own pace , and they explain everything in detail... I feel really lucky to have found this 60 minute retreat from the world.
An amazing experience. High quality teaching in a brilliant welcoming club. I moved up from London to Hitchin have found one of the best yoga classes and teachers i have ever had.
