The Japanese guy with the brown coloured hair has excellent customer service skills he should get a raise in salary. He goes above and beyond. Good people skills and speaks adequate English enough for mutual understanding.
Very big outlet. Staff speaks good English and very helpful. Self payment system makes shopping easier. Alteration for clothes is available for additional 300 Yen. You can buy anything from shoes, inners, shirts to skirts and jeans or even lounge wear. Kids section is also big. Happy with the service and quality stuff with wide variety.
Daughter shopped at GU Yokohama station and now at Shin Yokohama store. Reasonable prices and its staff customer service is Excellent, especially the lady at Shin Yokohama GU.
This company is under the same company and Uniqlo, and thus has similar products but at a discounted price. Clothing is easy to find, as the store is clean and well organized. It is easy to find your size here.
