Stayed for 3 night. The breakfast mostly have Japanese style not too much western food. But the view from the dining area is beautiful. It's on 14th floor. You can see the city from there. Room is clean, all necessities are available and staffs are very friendly, nice and professional. I liked ny stay. Also if you forgot bringing something you can ask them, they usually have it.

The rooms are very neat and clean . There is a wonderful Spa and a swimming pool . Please try it .
Basic accomodation - 1 floor women and men share. Chance of private 'dorm' room or open plan. Staff changed room on request. Separate but communal showers and J-bath. If having breakfast, 14th floor Breeze Bay restaurant, buffet style. 3min walk of Sakuragicho South exit.
Last minute booking made with breeze bay hotel resort was great. Staff are very professional and friendly, great English for those not able to communicate in Japanese. Staying in a smoking room (which is great as they are no longer available in Australia) clean rooms and amenities. Pool and onsen access is always a plus. Location is central to great places like world porter's, Cosmo world theme park, cup noodle museum which was fantastic and also right in the middle of the bar district. Would highly recommend for anyone wanting to stay out of central Tokyo (45 minute train ride into the city - hotel is next to train stations) and great price!
It's a good hotel at Yokohama, located at Noge area, one of tourist attraction as proposed by Yokohama Shopping Street Guide Site officially, since there are many figurative local cafe, restaurants and shops gave sense of nostalgia for the city's soul. Breezebay hotel located opposite of Sakuragicho train stration, so it's very easy to come here from Haneda airport. Clean and quite spacious room, equipped with dehumidifier machine. Also clean bathroom - and most important is hot water with good pressure. At 9th floor we could find coin laundry with free detergent available at front reception desk for Yen 300.00. This hotel could be ranks as 4 stars, but with room rate as 3 stars hotel.
Barely two minutes from Yokohama station. It's a nice room.. Warm and friendly.. Very clean.. Good decent size.. Polite staff.. Not great English but workable..breakfast though expensive is a great buffet.. I'd say it's good for a one night stay..
Great value, location and service. Staff were always helpful. Didn't get reply to some of my emails though
To whom it may concern, We are the guests who lived here for August 4&5, but we have experienced rlly worst service at all. First of all, the hotel staffs didn't have fundamental English speaking ability so that they can't realize what we want to express clearly. If any other guests who are seeking a English available hotel, just don't pick this one or you have to reconsider. Secondly, due to lacking of the specific information about washing machine using, most of the guests didn't know whether it was needed to reserve at the counter or not. Therefore, WE WAITED for a LONG LONG LONG time to use it. (btw, some rude guests cut in lines and the hotel staffs didn't deal with this situation. That's rlly awful.) Moreover, when we asked the hotel staffs for the laundry detergent (this hotel offers for free), they gave the answer that someone took it away and we had to ask that ppl in person.(but actually my roommate witnessed the hotel staffs took it away.) Last, we just want a NICE SERVICE. This feedback wants to tell the hotel administration team to reassure their level of service still reach class of three-stars hotel recently. At least, before they improve their service, we won't live in this hotel anymore.
