The izakaya is where you experience the taste and sights of the heart of Japanese dining, IMHO. This particular izakaya, located a short.walk from Yokohama station is the perfect example of the Japanese pub experience and is one of my favorite places to eat in the area. ---------------------------- Details Value: (3/5) Menu/selection: (4/5) Quality: (3/5) Service/staff: (4/5) Ambiance: (4/5) Value Decent quality food at reasonable prices. Menu/selection A variety of dishes to suit every tastebud. I highly recommend getting some skewers to start, but don't stop there... And of course plenty of options for booze as well... beer, sake, chu-hi, and soft drinks if you need to take it down a notch. Quality Good quality food, though quite honestly for the most part most izakaya food often seem to fall within the \good\ category. There are some places that are a couple notches higher, but this one is the usual fare with some dishes being better than others. Service/staff Good friendly and attentive service. Ambiance As with most izakayas, this place can get loud and smokey. And sadly it isn't smokey just from the open flame grill. There'll probably be many people smoking around you. That's one thing you probably will have a hard time avoiding when dining at these joints. Still the atmosphere is something to experience. Final thoughts... Although there are plenty other choices to eat in the area, this izakaya is one of my favorites and I highly recommend it whether you are visiting Japan or meeting up with some long-time friends.

このご時世でめちゃくちゃ密。 隣同士の感覚なんか全くない二階席 一階の男性店員は対応良かったが 二階の女店員の接客態度の悪さ！ 案内された席が隣同士の間隔が全くなく 奥の空いてる席がいいと言ったら そこはだめだと。 移動してもらうことになるがと言われたが それでもいいといい座らせてもらった 換気なんか全くされておらず 中は暑い… 窓を開けさせてもらったが 寒いと言うと客もいるからと言われたが あけても寒いって言うやつ1人もいませんが？ 女店員の腹黒さがわかったお店 モツも酒も美味しくない

鍋や焼鳥がおいしいです。店もオープンな感じで開放感あります。安い飲み屋と同じペースで普通に飲み食いすると会計が高くなってしまうので注意。

人生に嫌気刺してた時に、前から気になってたので、気晴らしに来店。 でも、店員の放置感満載で、全く癒しにならなかった店。 何だこの店。 不貞腐れた女店員の投げやり対応に嫌気刺した。 ホッピーセットだけ頼んだけど、放置状態だから、ほとんど飲まずに気分悪いんで途中で出た。 レジも投げやり。 酷いもんだ。 一瞬でも、店員に同情した俺が馬鹿だった。

九州料理が楽しめる居酒屋さん 外のテラス席まで満席で凄く混んでましたが、店員さんがテキパキとサービスしてくれました。 チキン南蛮美味しかったね
