They simply phone spam company, that bombard you and your business with daily phone calls under pretence of selling you cars. Extremely rude staff, that do not listen to you. Avoid providing your details at all costs. As you can see from other reviews the cars are of horrible quality. Steer Clear!

..my fellow Bahamians do not order any vehicles thru icm japan....This company is a dishonest company... I paid for two vehicles and never received the vehicles.. now they won't answer my calls or my emails... Don't trust this company usama wahid was the salesman robbed me.

My name is Patrice Hunter I am a very irate customer. I bought a skyline from this company in September. 2020 and I haven't got the chace to drive it as yet today's date 9-Nov- 2020. Why my car came all the way to the Bahamas with transmission problems. I don't think this is right, after I spend 4,270.00 now I have to pay for a transmission costing me 1,600.00. Really this is Rediculas. I've contacted this Company over and over. Still not a satisfied customer. My agent was Jashwant. Now asigned a new agent I know it's not their fault, but this don't make me no less irate. I hope the right person sees this and help fix my problem. I will send the Bahamas Government and asked them to investigate them so wouldn't be able to send no more Bad cars out of Japan. I will get a lawyer to push this to the end

I receive calls from ICM sales Reps on a everyday basis, these people are very pushy and they just keep on calling and wasting your time what I recommend is you should have a DO NOT CALL LIST STOP CALLING RK CARS

I have purchased 122 cars from icm japan, that’s right 122! I got delayed paying them a deposit for 20 cars due to personal reasons and they hammered me with a fine of 4000 usd. Even after buying 122 cars from them they still did that with me even after explaining the situation to them. Will never spend a penny with them again

Very disappointing services. False claims and when i received car it was in worst possible condition. when i registered complain they threat for consequences i have all proofs if any when wants to verify. Please be careful while doing business with them and check car in person. And ICM instead of getting reviews from your employees check real customers.
