Worst service ever. I don't recommend you to use this company. Rating is less than zero. At first I was taken aback why I have to pay first before they move the item upon arrival but then I followed their policy anyway. After that, I was shocked because they left the item outside the house. They were about to leave and I was telling them to lift this up to my room but Bobby said it costs money for the labor (which they didn't tell me beforehand). It was impossible for me to lift this alone. If this is a delivery service, they should do things properly until the last and not leave us alone once they get paid. They should explain to the clients properly about the labor cost. I am also not satisfied with the item. They promised that it is in good condition but it is not.

It seems that the cafe for English conversation was locked down for covid-19, and the recycling center is narrow for the event, but I appreciate that the hosts are passionate and professional.

Did not inform beforehand that they will leave the stuff and not carry it to the floor i stay on when i already had mentioned my room no and the floor. I had to carry everything bu myself . No other delivery service made me do this. Very disappointed. Edit - the owner replies saying i dint pay for delivery and that i expected slavery. Firstly i PAID everything for which was asked . (Mind you i got apologies from another person in the same company for this) Secondly , i had informed i live in which floor now he/she is trying to cover up by saying i live in 5th floor which is not true. I wish i could post screenshots here to prove it . I hope you learn how to take negative feedbacks well and not blame the client with cooked up lies . That being said , this is pathetic is every aspect of service .
