The staff is super nice and helpful. The food is delicious and the décor is fun. It is near the Lopia at North port on the bottom floor. It's a like pricey for burgers and pancakes, especially for pancakes but overall really good food and service. Will go again!

It says reservations are required but they are not. It was hard to find on first floor as it’s in a corner near toilets. When I came in they gestures me toward the tables. But you have to go to counter to order and pay. I bought Hawaiian burger drink set, no fries. Almost 1,500. Too expensive. Drink set is drink bar so you can drink as much as you want. 3 types of cola: regular, orange or melon. The orange was nice. There is outdoor seating available but I sat inside. The burger was ready quickly. It was around 16:00 so no one else was there. The teriyaki sauce was overpowering. Barely could taste burger or pineapple. I might come again for Hawaiian dishes. But the burger was just so so.

This was such a great store. But recently they changed their business model to the worse. You now have to order at the counter and fetch your food. It's just like McDonald's or Burger king now. they removed several menu options, the "bigger" size that I always chose is not available anymore. It used to be really different and used to be a real restaurant. I was happy to pay the higher price for good service. Not anymore. I hardly visit anymore.

かつてテーブル会計だった頃は雰囲気もあって接客も良い素敵な店でしたが、今は方向性が変わったのかレベルダウンを感じる。 まず近くに有名ハンバーガーチェーン店ができて、対抗するためか値段を下げた代償にバーガーは小さくなった気がする。 そんなバーガーを見るとハワイの受賞歴…？？最近海外もハンバーガーミニマム化なのかな？？という思いを禁じえない。 ファミリー層をターゲットにしたのか、海外っぽさを味わえるちょっといいハンバーガー店の雰囲気は死に、カウンターからセルフで取りに行くファーストフード店みたいな方式になった。でもその割に値段高い、バーガー小さい。幸いパティなどの味はまだ美味しいけど、地域性や店舗コストを考えるとかつての雰囲気には戻らないのかな…。 こういう適当なスタイルでもノスポに買い物に来たお客さんが、とにかく入れる店を探して土日はいっぱい来るもんね。 ただし私も含めてリピーターは撤退でしょう。 値段とコンセプトと料理のバランスがグチャグチャになってやしませんか…？

ハンバーガー190円引きにドリンクバーついてるとのことで、とてもお得に食べられました！ 味は美味しいけどバンズがあんまり？ ふわふわすぎてグルメバーガーにしたらボリューム少なめ 単品ポテトLにしたらとても多かった けど細くてパクパクいけちゃう お店広いしゆっくりできるので、居座るには良いかも

ロコモコ、バーガーなど、ハワイの風吹くお店です。 ガラス張り、ノースポート1F路面立地なので、解放感があります！ 席もゆったりめで、親子連れも利用しておりました。 ボリュームあるプレートは満足感高し。 店内飲食の場合は、先に席を確保して、入り口の会計で注文・支払い。番号札をもらって出てくるのを待ちます。 ちょっとシステム分からなかったので店員さんにお尋ねしましたが、対応はまぁまぁでしたので、星４つ。 味はとっても美味しいですよ！

ただのハンバーガー屋の割には、妙に上から目線の女性店員が接客している。 出来上がった食事を自分で取りに行くスタイルなので、家族の分まで何往復もした。挙げ句にサラダ用ナイフとナフキンも別なので、プラス１往復。 値段が高く味は普通。個人的にはウェンディーズのトリプルバーガーのほうがパンチがあって旨い。 場所も悪いし、この店で食べる理由が特に見当たらない。
