I had a stay across the river here in 2009 and just getting around to review this. I hope an English review helps: I ate here several times with my friends and the tonkatsu was incredibly tasty and well-seasoned. I live in San Diego with a large Japanese influence in several areas here with Japanese-owned restaurants and the tonkatsu at お食事処みのり is so much different than what we get on the West Coast USA. I do not remember the exact recipe, but if there are any English tourists in the area looking for local cuisine without the touristy part and can handle a little local travel, make a trip here if you can. Friendly too!

初めての訪問です。メンチカツ&チキンカツ定食を食べました。自家製メンチカツはとてもジューシーで柔らかく チキンカツはムネ肉を使っていてニンニクが擦り込まれているとても柔らかく美味しかった。次は何にしようかな！
年に何回か伺っています。自家製メンチカツは最強。チキンカツも侮れない旨さ。何よりも冬季限定ですがカキフライがもう大変。素材にこだわっているので味が落ちてくるとメニューから消えちゃうのである時にはぜひ！
以前から気になっていて、初めて入りました。 チキンカツ定食を食べました柔らかくて美味しかったです！他のメニューも気になるので、また近いうちに行きたいです

高年齢の地元の常連客で持ってる。 一見の客にはありがとうの気持ちはあまり感じられない。 禁煙であるのはいいが。
今回は日替わりランチを注文しましたが、 カツが分厚くて、サクサクで とても美味しかった また行きたいお店が見つかり本当に嬉しいなり＼(o)／
ランチのチキンカツ定食を頂きました。 休日でもランチやってました。 場所的に混んでなく、普通に面白かった！
