For the 45,000 yen I paid I felt like I was at a Motel 6 back in the USA, doors were clunky, AC was loud, 1950s style radio that didnt work, bathroom was Motel 6 all the way although it did have the nice heated seat. The grounds outside of my room looked like it was cut months ago. Good veiw though of the sea, the resturant was excellent but very expensive for what you get, 10500 yen for 2 people and a 11 month old. The restaurant was the only reason I gave 2 stars.

Very nice hotel with an excellent view of Tokyo Bay. Stayed here during the off season so it was pretty much a ghost town while we were there. Restruant is very pricey, and there is little or nothing in the general vicinity. Beds are rocks, typical of Japanese beds.
Rooms are clean and generously sized, view is quite nice right by the shore, and the staff are both courteous and helpful. Overall I gave it only three stars because it doesn't feel like good value for money. There aren't so many options, and this is a perfectly nice and serviceable hotel, but at that price point it's hard to recommend (this may have been influenced by the holiday season, but the regular rates still seemed quite high).
Even though it is not far from the center of Tokyo, I can enjoy the beautiful view of ocean and short golf course with my child. Lots of big ships is passing by in front of this hotel so we can enjoy watching these ships using telescope. Also, can enjoy fantastic spa with great view. It is near by Yokosuka area which is located the US Army base. So there lots of America style shops and restaurants our family likes. also, there is free BBQ area near the hotel.
Great views, excellent room and breakfast!
The staff was friendly, and made efforts to accommodate English speakers. The Room was fine, and we had a nice view of the ocean (albeit it's basically a shipping lane). No Beach, but a Boardwalk instead. The binoculars were a nice touch. The Onsen? I wouldn't know, because the Kannonzaki Keikyu Hotel openly practices discrimination against those who choose to express themselves through visual art. Not only that, my particular tattoo is of religious nature, which means the Kannonzaki Keikyu Hotel flagrantly shuns Japanese Constitutional Articles 19-21. Hiding behind commonly accepted practices of discrimination still rampant and unaddressed in Japan to justify denying services to select guests while accepting others is completely unacceptable for a hotel that caters to international guests in the year 2019. The Kannonzaki Keikyu Hotel: We'll take your money, but if you look different than us, or believe something that the general population might not, we'll deny you whatever services we choose, or attempt to censor you, all of which violate Constitutional provisions. Lots of other hotels to select from.
Only thing I would change is a microwave in each room, other than that, great service!!
Big rooms, old furnishings, disgusting food at the resturant
