Wish there was a more English menu. The donuts are decent but don't quite hit the spot of an American donut. Was hoping to pick up a coffee but couldn't see it on the menu even though I could see a coffee machine. Hopefully they get better menus in the future for the large American population that's stationed in Japan.

If you are used to an American style donut, these are not very sweet. Also a little expensive, but they have a huge variety and the staff is friendly and the store was clean.

(2020.12月来店) 今年秋にリニューアルして綺麗になりました。 今までは入ったすぐの面にカウンターがあったのですが、今はドーナツが入ったカウンターがL字になり、コチラが直接欲しい商品を取るスタイルになり、また会計も自動精算機が導入され店員さんがお金を触る事が無くなりました。 テーブル、椅子も一新され、1人で利用できそうな大テーブル？は椅子のクッションも良さそうでした。 荷物入れのカゴ？も用意されてとてもいい感じです。 ただ星1つ減なのは、今まで各テーブルにあった紙ナプキンが無くなった事。ウェットティッシュがわざわざ言わないと出してくれなくなった為、会計を済ませていざ食べようとテーブルについた時に紙ナプキンがない事に気付き、もう一度カウンターまで行かなくてはならない事が少し億劫でした。 混んでいる時は言い出しにくいので少し申し訳ない感じになってしまいます。 もしかしたらこのコロナの影響で全店そういう風に変わったのかも知れません(ただ他店と比較していない為分かりませんが...) 現状はその点のみ少し気にかかったのでこのような星になりました。

友達が美味しいと言っていたチーズドックをイートインで食べたが、完全に暖まってなくて、チーズが溶けていない所がありソーセージも冷たい所があった。レジの店員さんもあまり笑顔がなかった。残念です
