I have shopped at the Yokosuka branch of Tokyo Masuiwaya for the last four years and have purchased numerous yukatas, obis and accessories here (they have one of the most outstanding collections of yukata and accessories I have found in Japan, and believe me, I’ve looked at dozens of kimono stores!). The staff goes above and beyond to guarantee a great experience, and is more than happy to help you custom order something if you can’t find exactly what you’re looking for. Their selection of kimono, obi and accessories is small but exquisite, and I always look forward to shopping here.
