This is the worst restaurant that I have ever been to. We were forced to buy some drinks even if we didn’t want to. The service was not only terrible but also attitude of staffs was very rude. This restaurant is overall disappointing. If I were you guys, I would rather go to some where with better food, better service and way cheaper price

Service quality is below Japanese average level. Food is decent. Sashimi is okay while the straps are kinda tasteless.
The food quality is a 3, the service is a 3, and everything else is nothing special. However, the food is still tasty and if you have a group of 4 or more people, I highly recommend this as a relatively cheap and tasty kareage/takoyaki meal. Plenty of time to socialize, the food is oily but that comes with the territory of this kind of food, and you make the experience what it is. That is what makes this worth a 4. For less than 4 people, I think you're better off somewhere else. You can order a large plate of food to share among others, and it fed 4-5 20 year olds for one order or Kareage and takoyaki.

以前地方の友達が来た時に使わせて頂きました。大阪ポイものが食べたいという事でこちらのお店に。。。。クチコミを見ていてあまりいい印象がないので、嫌な予感がしていました予感通りでした、これが大阪のお店だと思われるのが恥ずかしいくらい、態度が悪く呼んでも相手されない・・・・新世界にもあるチェーン店だから接客もそのノリなんでしょうか？味はまぁ普通でしたが気分が悪く早めに退店させて頂きました。
