The best museum I ever been. They run the museum very neat. The nonsense is that it is free to enter. They organized the artifacts and relics by historic era. I’ve seen many national treasures in here. But still Japan is hiding a lot of Korean precious treasures.

Great museum for any expats looking for art, culture, and history. It's three massive floors of Korean and global artifacts, so plan on being there at least 3-4 hours (if you want to be thorough). Most of the information was translated to English, so it felt very accessible.
It was spacious, exciting and full of fun and knowledge.its a very nice place for young kids and the museum shop offers a variety of options in souvenirs
Great museum.. one of the biggest in Asia.. and a perfect place to discover not only the Korean history.. but also the south east Asian history.. don't miss it.. it's for free!
This place was amazing. It is absolutely enormous and... it's free! The suggested course starts from the very beginning of people in general in the region and then early Korea and goes all the way through. Unfortunately, I only had time to see the first floor (took about 1.5hrs) so next time I'm in Korea, I will be back to finish. Korea did a great job with this museum.
Magical and educational - you could spend an entire day here exploring everything. Easy access from the subway station.
The museum is HUGE! I recommend going there for a whole day or at least for a half of the day! Bring comfy shoes also because the place is quite big! The entrance is free but if you want to see temporal exhibitions you can buy a ticket. Really interesting to see the history of this country and its people.
Great museum, lots of cool exhibits. Great service and very tourist friendly. Free & no cost which is great. Must visit if you come to Seoul! Learned lots about all the wars Korea was in and Korean history! :)
