The hours in Google maps are incorrect. See photo for November 2020. As for Ford service be prepared that your online reservation data is ignored and you have to repeat everything. Also double check your phone number is recorded correctly as it is the only way of communicating, no email, web or mobile is supported? Pretty chaotic in morning wanted 30 minutes for intake. On plus side they have great looking Ford Model T you can admire when waiting.
