INCREDIBLY NICE THEATER! Wow - Beautifully conceived and executed local movie theater in the heart of a revitalized downtown. The IMAX is a gem and parking is easy. Tip of the hat to YL city planning and developers for the revamp of the downtown area. Safe, fun for everyone, and accessible - everything a downtown aspires to be!

Was not impressed with the seats, service or bathrooms. Had David the manager blast past me while I'm 6months pregnant through a door with no acknowledgement or care as of he had more important things to do but all he did was run to stand in a spot and do nothing. Bathrooms are basic and hand dryers are on the counters which make for a wet mess everywhere, leather seats were small and did not recline easy, screen was kinda small, godzilla 3d was not working and no one knew when it would be back up. Managers in gray suits were not friendly just on phones standing around in the way with no acknowledgement of customers. Construction was still going on so parking lot was completely blocked on one side.
This is one of the most awesome theaters I have been to. The food court/clerk was friendly and provided good service! Will definitely go back there to watch a movie again!
........ Several days ago I drove miles from where I Live to visit this new theatre. It was very nice, and the employees as well as the managers were incredibly nice and super helpful! The bathroom was ultra-clean, and I did notice that the sound systems in BOTH theatres that I saw Infidel and Tenent, were quite superb. I'm saddened to see that the theatre has closed again. I feel so bad for the employees because EVERY SINGLE worker I spoke to were so friendly and fantastic. Thank you Regal Yorba Linda!!!!! Stefan
Went early afternoon and the place looked great, the staff were nice, really clean bathrooms smelled nice. The sound quality was awesome.
My son and I went to watch Tenet on their "IMAX" screen at 12:30 PM on Tues 9/15/2020. It was our first movie in theaters since March, and the experience was awful. First off, the previews didn't start until 12:50, after we told an employee that the movie had not started on time. The screen and auditorium barely looked larger than a normal one, and when the film started, the bottom third of the "IMAX" screen was black. It was like watching on a regular screen but paying for IMAX. Then, 30 min into the film, the lights came on and the picture disappeared, but the audio continued. When the entire theater emptied and became irate with employees, their solution was to avoid us, call the police on us, lie to us about why the police were there in the first place, and then the movie was rewound and started playing again without the employees saying anything to any of us. We had to quickly shuffle back into the theater after another audience member checked inside and told us it was playing again. The movie itself was great, but I will never return to this theater again. Shame on you for calling the police. In this day and age, to call police (especially LA sheriff's deputies) that are known for murdering innocent people just because a few customers were upset and raised their voices over your deplorable service is absolutely despicable.
Nice theater. Great layout and only 10 to see today's movie Infidel. Great movie and must see.
THIS PLACE IS AMAZING. It was my first time coming here and as soon as I walked in, I was actually blown away by the looks of the place. Getting snacks for the movie was pretty quick. The seats were pretty comfy as well. I will definitely be coming back
