There is no local number. The only phone number leads you to a call center full of people that barely speak English and can’t understand how to spell my last name, no less able to help me. I have been unable to use my CPAP device and have gotten no help in the process whatsoever. If there is another company you have the option to use, do so to save yourself the headache. They used to be an awesome company when you could deal with the people in the local offices, but having to go through the call center and attempt to get them to understand what you are saying and get you somewhere close to a person that can help you makes for an extremely unsatisfactory experience.

I was released from hosptial on October 13. I was suppose to have supplies and equipment within a few days. Every time I called I got the run around and still have no stuff. I would never use this company again.

They were told several times I had another provider. Today a package from UPS arrived, Its from Apria. I will take it back to them on Friday.
