Unfortunately cannot recommend this place at all. In summary, the lines are ungodly long. You will spend over an hour in line waiting to go down the hill for 23 seconds. They do not limit the number of people at any specific time. On top of that, people can stay as long as they want. Again this is a known and they don’t hide this so I’m not saying that they’re trying to deceive anyone; but, because of these factors the lines are horrendously long. Right near the ticket redemption station they even have a sign saying 90 minute expected wait time. So again they are not trying to hide the long wait times. Last year we went to a place that had timeslots and we got to go much more frequently down the hill. With this place, after waiting in line once for over an hour, nine of the kids didn’t want to go back(no I don’t have 9 kids!). So in essence you’re going to pay 23 a person for a 23 second trip down the hill equaling 1 per second of ride time!! (And we got a group discount, I think the regular price is 36 a person!!) Maybe the weekdays are better??

If negative stars were an option I would choose it. Wait lines are terrible. I drove over an hour and a half to get there. What a let down. I waited over an hour to go down the hill one time. I could not do it again. It was a lot of money for very little fun. My kids wanted to leave right away.They also do not handle COVID appropriately. A lot of people were coming in and no staff in sight to keep everyone 6 feet apart. No one was 6 feet apart. The staff was not enforcing this rule at all. A lot of people not wearing mask. Then one guy lit up a joint and people were looking around like what is going on. I got out of there fast. I called to get a refund and was told no. Only thing they can provide is a voucher to go back. Sure, ill go back with channel 10 news. This place is a scam and should be shut down!
Fun for the kids and adults.. Be careful bc after a waiver is signed it's basically at your own risk. Even for small children. Lot of fun tho if you can handle the speed and hard ice of the slopes..
Ice skating is outdoors, that was great! Tubing wasn't open which is what we really wanted but it's not thier fault. Unless you pay online prior to arrival, they're cash only (signs posted). Check for Groupons and print them out because they don't have wifi outside to scan your phone (that's what the ice skate attendant told us.) Overall it was fun. Nice family outting. Fire pit wasnt lit.
