Very impressive building, relatively new build but made to fit in with the character of the surroundings, although modern and up to date inside.
Dreadful customer service, drip fed information and taken a month to do what could have been done in a day. Never able to speak to the faceless so called Customer Services Director - Hugh Hessing. Never use this useless, inept morons. I am almost destitute and starving because of these morons and their lies - born out by The Department of Work and pensions.
Very reputed and customer centric insurance company. Definitely feel like they keep customer at heart. They go out of their way to help policy holders
