Brides: get your rentals for your wedding somewhere other than here! My husband and I had issues with being invoiced incorrectly, and also issues receiving what we ordered. Our order was submitted in March and we were called 4 days before our wedding saying they couldn't get the shade of cocktail sashes we wanted; so we had to scramble and go elsewhere for the right color. My coordinator was to pick up our linens on our behalf the day before our wedding, and no one was there during the business hours listed so she couldn't get them then. We had mentioned this would be happening when we placed the order, so we did not withhold this. She had to pick them up the DAY OF our wedding!!! My father had similar issues with returns with no one being there during listed hours of operation so he could return everything we rented. It is unacceptable to not have someone there during your business hours, especially if someone calls to check if you're there and you say you are but then no one is at the building. I will not do business with this company again and to all my fellow brides to be please save yourself the trouble and find your rentals elsewhere!
These guys are something else, not only did we have to wash the flutes because they were filthy. On top of that we paid for insurance that didn't even cover the champagne flutes, which they didn't even clarify between and wanted to charge us even after the receiving filthy glasses. I would under no circumstance recommend these pirates.
This company is horrible. Do not rent from them!!! I rented tables, linens, and carpet for an event in York, PA. First they charged me over 50 to deliver it 5 blocks. They were an hour late delivering. It was in my contract to pick up by 7 pm and when they set it all up the delivery men told me that they were not going to pick it up until 11 pm. Now they are trying to claim that the linens were not there. If they would have picked them up when they were suppose to, maybe they would not have been lost. After I spoke with them the next day, I find out they didn't even pick up the stuff from the event until the next day. Now they want me to pay for lost linens. I even had to pay for damage protection, what did this cover that I am now being asked to pay more. NEVER AGAIN! They are so disorganized, they charge way to many fees and lie about what is happening. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!
