I always enjoy using these facilities. There are a variety of washing machine sizes available for customers. The large washing machines cost over 5 for a hot water cycle. This location has many carts to load damp laundry from washing machines easily. It has clean folding tables. Laundry baskets and detergent are available for purchase from the attendant on duty. The dryer does not cost any money. The last load for the washing machine ends at 8:00 P. M. There are chairs available for customers to rest, and there are several flat screen televisions at this facility.

I love it because when I have a long day at work or even having to deal with the family or children I have extra time on my hands.because they do drop off an there prices are reasonable i am extremely happy with the prices an the people there.love it at big wash on queen street in york pa cool place to wash you clothes.
I give 5 stars but.....I was doing loundry 2 days ago around 2:30 pm there was young adults there smocking weed in front of the establishment. All the smoke plus the smell was inside. I do respect what others do but as an asthmatic person I was fueling very uncountable. The person working there should say something to them. But other than that is very clean also have great variety of washers and dryers.

Clothes came back clean- the ones that came back anyway. Paid for drop off service, the lady I talked to when i dropped them off was nice, the one when i picked them up the next day not so much. I travel for work and work 7 days a week, so it was nice that they had my clothes done the same day even though I was unable to pick up until the following da. But as i mentioned before, they lost some of my clothes, or they were stolen. Either way im missing 1 pair of pajamas, 2 pants, 2 button up long sleeve shirts, 1 short sleeve shirt and a hoodie, most of which was new or almost new. Oh, and check your pockets, I left a set of Bluetooth headphones in my pockets by mistake along with 2 disposable vapes. Someone was kind enough to put them in a bag after the ran them thru the washer and dryer, destroying them. To sum it all up, the people who work there were nice enough, they called when my clothes were done, the clothes were nicely packaged, and the service itself was good. My clothes smelled fresh and felt clean. But be warned, I wouldn't leave any clothes you really like or need. Because even though I paid for a service to make sure all my clothes were taken care of, im missing multiple items amd I'm out of state, unable to fix the problem now.
