Fantastic service from everyone in this terrific shop. My wife saw a ring she liked and although we were only visiting York, they resized it and posted it on to us. The service was fantastic and the lovely card that accompanied the ring when it arrived was such a nice touch. I can’t recommend this shop enough. Just a wonderful experience from beginning to end.

Lovely family owned jewellery store, you can tell the staff genuinely care about their customers and are passionate about what they do. Kelly has been very patient with me and bent over backwards to help me find the perfect piece. She has said numerous times, the most important thing to us is that you walk out of here happy :)

I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Bradley’s to anyone wanting jewellery of any type, style or budget. There is always a huge selection of items to suit whatever you want, many of them hand-designed by Kay (who is probably the nicest person you could wish to meet when spending vast amounts of money, as are all the staff in there!!). The service is incredibly personal, nothing is too much trouble, and they take all the time you need to make sure you’re 100% happy with your purchases (I say purchases as you very rarely leave with just 1 thing!!). We often go in for a natter even if not buying anything, and there is always a friendly welcome with sweets and even mulled wine at Christmas-time! I don’t have enough good things to say about Bradley’s, I would never shop anywhere else for jewellery, the personal service that is missing from so many places these days really makes a massive difference, it is nice to feel like your purchase is genuinely appreciated!
