I have been attending Can-AM to process all my income tax filings for the previous 3 years now, and their service is unmatched by any accounting firm. Veejay (my accountant) is very knowledgeable, prompt, meticulous and compassionate - I have never received an ambivalent or erroneous tax return EVER!. I recommend him to any individual who is seeking an accountant - you will not be disappointed. This firm provides a wonderful service to the community where it is situated, and all the individuals of the firm truly serve the constituents and public with excellent customer service and humanity. Today (March 21, 2021)...I did my income tax with a tax associate. I took away two stars. 1. I did not get to see Roger, which is someone who does me and my family income tax every year and he is one of the best one at Can-Am CPA Professional Corporation. 2. I couldn't understand the guy who was doing my income tax, he has a very strong Indian accent and it was hard to tell what he was trying to say? Overall, my experience was not too bad, it took less than 15 minutes to do all my income taxes. They also have hand sanitizers at their office, which is good because of the safety and prevention of COVID-19. And they are practicing social distancing with their clients, as they only allow 2-3 person to do their taxes. But if anyone is looking to do their income tax, please see Roger, he is the only one I trust to do my taxes. I hope this review helps someone.
