I have lived here at Carriage Works Apartments for less than 2 months. The furnace is blowing COLD AIR and REQUIRES SERVICE. We are TOLD BY the MAINTENANCE GUY to turn Off the FURNACE. HE WILL BE HERE IN THE MORNING TO FIX THE FURNACE. TONIGHT IT IS SUPPOSED TO ONLY BE 22 DEGREES. THE FURNACE'S THERMOSTAT ALREADY READS 68 DEGREES. IT'S ONLY 11:14 PM on February 29, 2020.
Very clean, wide hallways and great decoration. If I enjoyed living in apartments I would apply here.
I emailed asking for info on this property and was told my rent is based on my income. I dont think I should have to pay more for an apartment so others should pay less. Im basically paying into their rent. Why should an apartment be 1200 for me but 820 for someone else. Also to even get into the place you have to jump through hoops *** To the Owner, Just so you know I did relay this already to the property manager and they didnt seem to care or respond back when I said the same thing here. Bad managment and practices there. Id rather pay 1200 for a better managed and equal footing property. If you look at serveral review sites the people paying less are ruining your facility and its image. I understand its recently changed hands. Im just saying your practices arent really fair for the good tenants like us who pay on time and can afford the rent.***
I live here at the carriage works apartments and I love it! I'm always to myself and i dont have to worrie about no one in my business. I barely see anyone when I come in and out of my place. I've been living here for 5 years going on 6 years. The place is really clean if you ask me. I dont have any problems with bugs or rodents that's one of the best things I love about this place . If you have a problem with something in your place and you let management know they make sure the problem is fixed. We have a playground in the back of the building where the kids can play safely. If I had to recommend this building to anyone I definitely give them a thumbs up.
