I have used Charles Alexander Jewellery on a number of occasions to either fix, clean or value my wife's rings and bracelets. Each time the service has been professional and friendly. I can't recommend Charles Alexander Jewellery enough! I sent my engagement and wedding rings off to Charles to be cleaned, polished, and rhodium plated and was amazed by the results. Every day wear and tear meant they were covered in dints and scratches but they honestly came back sparkling as if they were brand new. I am very protective over my wedding rings so was worried I would be without them for ages, but I was very impressed with the timescale in which they came back to me. Charles was both friendly and professional and I immediately knew I could trust him to look after them. I have friends who have used Charles Alexander's services to design, create, remodel and repair jewellery, and I am truly in awe of his craftsmanship. Excellent service!! My wedding and engagement rings were looking a little worn and scratched and I have to confess I never used to take them off ever (including for weightlifting ). They now look like new again!! Top left photo was how they looked before....
