I read several reviews before coming here and have to say I agree with the positive ones and disagree with the ones complaining about choices. There were tons of choices (red meat, fish, and chicken) on the bar for entrees and sides! It was all delicious! The worst part was the dessert bar and it was really good, so for it to be the worst, that is saying something! The service was friendly and we enjoyed the experience. The buffet on Sundays is just over 9 and it took one main trip to fill me up! Highly recommended for local Chinese buffet!!!
I agree with others saying the establishment need to be updated. I recently moved to the York area and my family and I have been looking for new places to try and eat. We noticed this restaurant but we're hesitant to try it mostly because we were judging the quality of the food based off the restaurants exterior, don't judge a book by it's cover. Today we decided why not let's give it a try. The inside most definitely needs to be updated the tables, chairs, booths, floors and buffet conter tops were ALL CLEAN. The food was fresh, hot and tasty. The waitress we had was very nice and efficient she did an amazing job. Although the selections are limited the quality of the food makes up for it. The Bathrooms were clean but should Be considered for remodeling. Overall I give this place a 5/5. This rating and review are based off of my personal standards and experience. Although your experience will vary from mine I hope you will give this place a try. Thank you for taking the time to read this review have a great life.
love this places. why pay 7-8 a plate in rock hill at no 1 kitchen or pay 8 plus drink all you can eat. worth the extra drive time to york. i eat here monthly. if not for 5 kids i would eat here weekly even daily. yeah some times i have to wait on a certain item when they are busy, but still lots more to choose from.
My daughter absolutely loves China Buffet. I have personally never tried it but going on her words this place is great. She loves so many different things on the buffet from sweet and sour chicken to wonton soup. They have a plethora of food to choose from and the choices change between lunch and dinner. The prices are extremely reasonable and service is good too.
