I usually love Chipotle but this time was a real bad experience. The rice was undercooked, I asked the server for some shredded beef and he kept trying to pull pieces of meat from a cleary empty container when I replied for him to get a fresh container of beef he gave me a funny look and responded with we don't have any more....Not a pleasant memory. P.S. Chipotle customer support reached out to me and apologized for the inconvenience. They gave me a free burrito offer even though I bought 2 bowls but just them reaching out was much appreciated and they are still one of my favorites and still would recommend.

I'm usually a Chipotle fan, but this visit was horrendous. Store was dirty, every table was dirty, no napkins available, the cooking kitchen looked like it hadnt been cleaned in 3 days. Chicken, steak and Pi to beans were so dried out that they looked like cardboard. They might have been short staffed, but the 3 people working didnt seem to have any sense of urgency.
My fiance and I go to this Chipotle quite often sometimes twice a week. The staff in here is absolute top notch and they never seem to disappoint. The speed of service we receive and the staff friendliness is what keeps us coming back all the time!
Not a very good Chipotle. Food just thrown together sloppily. Disproportionate.
It's a good place nice atmosphere food smells amazing and tastes amazing.
