I went Wednesday & Customer service is terrible . A girl at cashier didn’t seem like she wanted to take my order , she kept rolling her eyes at me when i would tell her never mind because i felt like i was giving to much to order and when she told the price i asked her what is it and she rolled her eyes and said “i said” and then the price in a smart way. and when she was at the ticket counter and i was wanting to come in i was standing there for like 5 or more minutes and she kept telling me to hold on she will come over. when she should’ve told them wait a second because it took 30 seconds to get my temp and my kids. she was terrible. i really hope she gets fired or moves positions because she’s not good at what she’s doing . & then another occasion she was cleaning tables off and i asked her to take my pan for my pizza cause i was done eating and she said i have to put them on the trash can . when she could’ve just took them .

Not as many games as the one in Harrisburg and didn't have a play place, but much cleaner and wasn't as crowed. The staff was super friendly and professional. Wish I could remember the woman employee at the toy counter, because she did an outstanding job!! She was so patient with my boys, as well as kind. My son's loved the Chuck E Cheese band set up they had, since they have only seen just Chuck E Cheese at the Harrisburg location. Overall we had a blast there and would totally go again!
Kids wanted a day of fun like they remember before covid. York was the only location near us that was open. It is small! Not as many games, no tubes to climb through, no animatronics just a boring basic white area in the back with some TV's that show Chuck E. Cheese. No ticket booth for the birthday kid to climb inside to rake in the tickets. The absolute worse part was the staff, they have checked out and obviously hate their jobs. Tables are rare because of covid, we managed to find one but it had someone else's left over food on it. The employee cleared the food and left, we stood there waiting for her to come back and sanitize the area, after about 8 minutes I went to look for someone. I found another employee standing around behind the counter and asked if someone could sanitize our table. He spoke into his microphone and low and behold, the same girl who cleared the table stopped in the back area and gave me a dirty look. He told me I could wait for the other tables in the back, I just stood there by my table and eventually he came over and cleaned it. When the picture booth ran out of paper I asked if they could please refill it, the girl said "someone will be over", no one ever came \u200d️ I get it, it's probably hard to work there and love your job, but come on! My family spent 98 and we just wanted a little fun, I'd rather go anywhere but there with my kids and my money. It just wasn't worth the lack of customer service.
The customer service was phenomenal! We had a birthday party here today. The staff was personable and accommodating. They did their best to ensure the experience was enjoyable for everyone. I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone with young children. 5 stars, hands down.
This Chuck E. Cheese is very clean and well managed. No sticky tables, no broken down games like I'm use to in the typical pizza-arcade joint. The pizza was actually GOOD and they have a nice lookin salad bar. The dance floor is pretty cool, the kids love it. The kids also love getting actual tickets when they win rather than the electronic tickets we've become accustomed to in modern arcades.
Way better than my last vist there.
Was very fun. Daughter had a blast here. They are fully compliant with the COVID requirements are. Had to wear a mask when playing games and walking around, but took them off to eat. Food was also great.
Trash. Son was invited, will not take any invites again . Just trash
