I went into this store on 10/24. The store is beautiful and what I bought was cute but I was not happy with the customer service. I do not know the name of the person that helped me because she didn’t greet us when we walked in but I know it wasn’t the owner. I had questions about the jewelry and the young lady that was supposed to be helping me wasn’t helpful. It even seemed as tho I was bothering her and she didn’t wanna answer the questions. If I hadn’t had an event that night to attend, I probably would not have bought anything just because of the customer service.

So we scheduled a full set make-up appointment for my girlfriend at this place and we're very disappointed. We visited approximately a month ago and received very good service, but this time was completely different. The appointment was scheduled for 10 o'clock am and although we arrived at 9:48 am, we sat and waited for a very long time and nobody was even there to open up shop. The website hours claims that the business hours are between 10am-6pm so we're no understanding what the issue was. To make matters worse, the stylist was in contact with my girlfriend via text message and had informed her that she would be there at ten for the appointment. We sat and waited in the car until 10:28 am before we decided to leave. We are extremely upset about the level of unprofessionalism and that she was not very customer service like.
This boutique is a whole vibe! The clothing, accessories and makeup are top notch. Absolutely love it there!
