I highly recommend Congressional piano movers. I called and immediately got through and the woman was extremely nice and helpful. She gave me a very reasonable quote and scheduled a pick up time within just a few days. They called the night before with a two hour pick up time and they also called while they were on their way. The men were very friendly and professional. All in all it was a great experience and I would recommend them to anyone who needs to have their piano moved.

This is an amazing company from start to finish! I called and got a very reasonable quote by a lady named Sara. They were able to get me scheduled on the day I wanted. The guys showed up on time and were so quick and efficient. I would highly recommend this company!

Once the crew showed up. they got it done quickly and professionally. The only reason for 4-star review was due to poor communication/customer service. Not the actual move.
Not a great experience with them on the end of pick up. They are very inflexible with their appointment times, even weeks in advance. For every communication prior to the night before, the time was 730am, however at 6pm the night before they said 7am. I told them I was under the impression it was 730. They said no later than 7-715. When I called and texted to clarify, they didn’t respond. The next morning, they call at 720, saying they’d be there in 20 minutes. Our gracious realtor was helping us out by letting them in so we didn’t have to drive early to Baltimore from Virginia, so we were disappointed about the pressure for him to be there at an earlier time, then were late anyway. When they actually came, they were very rude to our realtor and asked him to wake up neighbors to move their cars so they could take the piano out the front. However, they had been told on the phone that there was an alley out back with no stairs. All in all, between the people who schedule the move and the movers themselves, it was unpleasant. I would not recommend. We previously used D&E Professional Piano movers when we received the piano and they were friendly, accommodating, and professional.
