This place will explain the contact you sign to your face, and claim they cover it verbally what you need to know. Seemed welcoming at first, but then you find out they lied and misinformed you about some major parts of what was on the paper. You trust that they covered it, but know you cannot trust them here. The front-end had very poorly trained people that sign you up for memberships, Only crunch fitness I'll ever consider is the west York one. They are much nicer and cater to the customers, instead of East York that are first to blame you and make you feel horrible and regretting ever dealing with them. Customer Appreciation is not considered at east York crunch! They want that last dollar over keeping a dozen customers that they will be losing from this! Friends and I want the same gym so all leaving east York! So 12 bad reviews incoming shortly! THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT MONEY AND COULD CARE LESS ABOUT THEIR PATRONS!!!

Love the classes.
The gym itself is fantastic! But The main reason I go here instead of West Crunch is because the two staff members who make it a great experience . Destiny is always ALWAYS so sweet. She remembers me by my name and is one of the few that don’t stand around and talk. She focuses on the guest at the gym. Her customer service skills are fabulous. Marc the personal trainer is also another great employee. He’s always friendly and easy to talk to. He’s not even my trainer and remembers me by my first name and is always so motivating. I would highly recommend this gym because of them.
Terrible experience. Crunch just wants your money and cares about nothing else. I contacted them to cancel my membership. I signed up during pre-enrollment before construction even began. I was very excited and enrolled with a very open mind. Then covid happened and the gym stayed closed. This would have been completely fine but the gym didn't contact members saying when it was opened and charged me a full year membership fee plus two sets of monthly charges. I hadn't even stepped foot in the gym!! After speaking to rude staff at the front desk AND the regional manager that did nothing but ignore my issue after I explained what happened, I have decided I will never walk into this location. You will never get a refund for anything, even if it's a service you didn't receive. All charges go through ABC Financial, a separate company that bills you. When you call ABC there is NO option to speak to a human and all electronic options are dead ends. They have no regard for people's safety or financial struggles during a pandemic

I can’t speak highly enough on Crunch. Fantastic facility, excellent staff and everything you could possibly want in a gym. Give them a try, you won’t regret it.
Seems bigger than west York crunch..still able to get a pump during the rush hrs.
