Absolutely terrible. They did a move in October of 2018 and were SO rough with all our items. Expensive children's bedroom furniture damaged and not put together properly (speaking to Keisha it was confirmed they dismantle and reassemble items), rough with the move and damaged walls at the property we left and the new one we purchased. Of special note is that they confirmed they have knowledge in moving treadmills (this was confirmed prior to booking these 'movers'. They took apart my expensive treadmill and were so rough with it that the frame had breaks in it. They clearly didn't know what they were doing. The best part is that they said they wanted to come back to finish assembly of the treadmill later in the week as they had already been with us for 9 hours. When I called to confirm with Keisha when they would do this, she has the audacity to say that that they would 'waive the minimum hours required booking' and only charge me for two hours. Why would they charge me any minimum when it was their staff that chose to leave early? A completely unprofessional service. If you like your stuff don't hire this band of clowns.

I spoke with Keisha to book my moving appointment.. because it was moved so many times due to lawyers.. she didn't run out of patience with me, and kindly and flexibly squeezed me in and got the movers to come the next day. She was absolutely awesome. The movers were great too. Great personality and hard working. They moved everything quickly and everything was left in perfect condition. Mike and Corey were wonderful gentleman and got the work done. I have NO Complaints. and will be recommending these movers to all my friends. My friend booked with a previous moving company and i heard horror stories. so I am sticking with this company and their amazing team! :)
